COLOUR CORRECTIONS 

Colour corrections will require an in-depth consultaion in salon, prior to your appiontment. You will be presented with a customised quote and hair plan for future goals. Colour Corrections start from $500+. This service will require ample time in the salon.

HAIR EXTENSIONS

A consultation prior to application is mandatory. We personalise the hair to the need of each individual client depending on the natural density of your hair and what is best suited for you. A 50% deposit is required to go ahead with this booking after your consultation. Please ensure that your are confident with your booking, as this deposit is non - refundable or transferable.

Cancellation Policy 

A non-refundable $100 deposit is required to secure all colour appointments. Please keep in mind your booking will not be secured until we receive your deposit. We do not hold dates and we require an immediate deposit upon your requested date once availability is confirmed with the salon. This amount will be deducted from your final service and is only transferrable to a new appointment, if you reschedule prior to our 24 hour cancellation window.

This 24 hour cancellation window allows us the opportunity to fill your spot. We will make it our priority to fill your appiontment time, however if this is not possible then your booking fee will unfortunately be forfeited. We understand that specefic circumstances can rise that will prevent you from attending your appiontment, but please be mindful of the impact it has on our small business.
