We pride ourselves on offering the best salon experience, this policy has been put in place to ensure everything runs smoothly and you enjoy your total Caroline
Lysandrou Hair experience.

 

 

PLEASE READ AND UNDERSTAND ALL TERMS & CONDITIONS BEFORE MAKING A BOOKING.

BY PLACING YOUR DEPOSIT YOU HAVE AGREED TO THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS 

 

We offer an SMS/EMAIL reminder of your appointment time which is sent to you prior to your appointment. 

Please Note: do not rely on these reminders. It is still a requirement on your behalf to take full responsibility for your scheduled appointments with the salon. Unfortunately our T&C'S will still apply to each guest upon failing to make contact with the salon for any cancellations, re-bookings or forgetting of appiontments. 

CANCELLATIONS
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations is required. 

Please keep in mind our salon phone is only attended to within our trading hours. Be mindful of when sending a text or when calling to cancel.

Cancellation times will ONLY apply during our salon trading hours. 

 

Less then 24hr cancellations.

Due to being in high demand, any appointment cancellations that occur less then the required 24hr notice, will result in the below terms and conditions. 

- A non-refundable $100 deposit is required to secure all colour appointments.

- Your $100 deposit is non-refundable or trasnferable to another appointment or purchase of salon products.

-  Please keep in mind your booking will not be secured until we receive your deposit. We do not hold dates and require an immediate deposit upon your requested date once availability is confirmed with the salon. This amount comes off your final service and is only transferrable to a new appointment, if you reschedule prior to our 24 hour cancellation timeframe.

- If you need to cancel your scheduled appointment, we will make it our priority to fill your appiontment time. However if this is not possible then your booking fee will unfortunately be forfeited.

Last minute cancellations can be tricky to fill on short notice and also delays other clients who wish to visit us. The more notice you give the more chance we have of filling in your cancelled appointment or rearranging the day. This 24 hour cancellation timeframe allows us the opportunity to fill your spot, We understand circumstances arise that do not allow you to attend your appiontment, but please be mindful of the impact that it has on our small business and the disorder it creates on 'day scheduling'. 

 

Late Arrivals

You must arrive on time to ensure you receive the full service you have booked for. Your appointment will unfortunately be cancelled if your running extremely late.

Please note:
You may not receive an appointment during the same week due to bookings in advance that can occur with Caroline Lysandrou Hair. If your stylist sees fit to continue your service, you will pay an additional late fee and/or will have a portion of your service time removed.


No-Shows

Please be considerate of your stylist as your appointment time is scheduled for you. No-shows have a huge impact on our day. This also delays clients on our waiting list who wish to visit us at Caroline Lysandrou Hair.

To continue your hair journey at Caroline Lysandrou Hair, no-shows will require to pay a 50% non-refundable deposit of your service booked and for all future appointments with us. Your deposit is of course deducted from your service, however if you happen to “no-show” again, then your full deposit will remain at the salon and not be refunded or redeemed in anyway regardless of any circumstances. (even if 24 hours’ notice is given). From here we will see fit if we wish to continue having your service with our buisness. 


Colour Services 

At Caroline Lysandrou Hair, we perform a thorough consultation prior to your service and pride ourselves in offering transparency with what we can acheive and the best outcome for your appiontment. Please understand some services require time to achive your desired results and again this will be discussed in consultaion and you will be made fully aware of this and the time frame.

Please inform your stylist if the final result doesn’t present as you discussed. A minimum 24hr notice or same day notice will be required for undesired results to be discussed and rectifed at no extra costs.

Please note:
- We do not under any circumstances provide refunds in the event that a client has a change of mind.
- We will not rectify any undesired results if not discussed with your stylists within 24hrs from your appointment.
- Rectifying undesired results do not include cutting or blow-drying. (these services will be charged at a normal rate).

Your stylist has the right to refuse your service If we believe the integrity of your hair is not at a stable condition due to over- processed past chemical services, heat damage or any other issues that may affect the outcome of your desired results. Our goal is together to provide a safe hair journey plan to reach your specefied goals.

 

 

NET BANKING / PAYMENTS

If you are unable to pay cash Net Banking is acceptable on the day of your service in the salon, with a copy of your transaction immediately sent to our email at [email protected] OR the salon number. However if your unable to net bank we kindly ask you take out money and pay for your service on the same day. 

* deposits are only acceptable by net bank transfer. Using your full name as the description, this assures yourself and Caroline Lysandrou Hair.
